William Jeffery Spillman , 64, of King George, VA, born on June 10, 1960, passed away on February 17, 2025, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. He was known to many as "Billy".

Billy loved fishing, spending hours in his garage with family and friends, his garden, which he enjoyed sharing with all those around him. His passion for helping others never ended. He was a man of all trades and could accomplish anything he set his mind to. His love of racing for many years landed him his career with the Maryland International Raceway for over 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Spillman and Margaret Spillman.

Billy is survived by his daughters, Crystal Santorella (husband Bryan), and Amanda Sarsfield, his sisters, Gloria Robinett (husband John), Peggy Spillman Berry, and Shirley Barnes, grandchildren, Alivia Sarsfield, and Emma Sarsfield, his nephew and roommate, Kevin Spillman, friends he looked at as family especially the Pumpkin Neck group, as well as many other family and friends.

In the wishes of Billy there will be no funeral services however a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
