Theresa L. Clark of Stafford, Virginia, was born on December 20, 1951, to the late Leonard A. Davis Sr. and Pearl V. Davis in Venton, MD. She departed this life at seventy-one for her eternal transcendence on Thursday, November 23, 2023, in her home.

Theresa was educated in the public schools of Somerset County, Maryland. After Theresa graduated from high school, she moved away and never looked back. She enjoyed shopping for show-stopping clothing and accessories and looking glam from head to toe. When she wasn't out and about at local stores or online shopping, you could find her posting her newest selfies and daily inspirational quotes on social media. Theresa loved to have fun with friends and family members at celebrations. Theresa also was diligent in her work and professional life. After thirty-seven years of service, Theresa retired from the Quantico Marine Base in Quantico, Virginia.

Theresa is survived by her loving and devoted husband of twenty-nine years, Leroy Clark Sr. of Stafford, Virginia; three sons, Terrence Hayward of Salisbury, MD, Leroy Clark Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Rodney Clark of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Tomega (Summar) Ijaz of Fredericksburg, Virginia; two brothers, Wendell Davis of Salisbury, MD, and Manuel Davis of Stafford, Virginia; seventeen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, six nieces, and one nephew; three god-daughters, Crystal Thompson, Jade Crawford, and Amy Foreman; her beloved Schnauzers, Thunder, and Bentley. As well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Theresa was preceded in death by her two brothers, Leonard A. Davis Jr. and Harvey Davis, and her sister, Emma Davis Corbin.

A viewing will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. An additional viewing will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 9:30 AM. A funeral service will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 10:30 AM. The interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
