Loretta Faye Webster, lovingly known as Faye, passed away on June 17, 2025, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, at the age of 55. Born on Halloween in 1968 in Asheville, Kentucky, to Francis and James Runyon. She had three siblings; Cindy, Jamie and David. Faye brought warmth, wit, and a fiery spirit into every life she touched.

She was known for her stubborn streak, her free spirit, and a sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest day. Faye was the beloved wife of Scotty B. Webster, the love of her life, and together they built a strong and loving blended family. She was the proud mother of three children: the late Clover, Alicia, and David. Through her marriage to Scotty, she also gained three children she loved as her own: Josh and Justin. Together, their family grew to include seven adored grandchildren.

Faye loved the beach, enjoyed fishing, and didn't think twice about baiting her own hook or pulling a catfish off the line. She found joy in the simple things, especially Scotty's cooking and an ice-cold Coca-Cola. She had a big sweet tooth and an even bigger heart. Even when she didn't have much, she made sure every birthday, holiday, and special occasion felt memorable.

To those who knew her, Faye was a steady presence, like a "Nanny 911" who always showed up when you needed her. She loved with her whole heart, and when she cared for you, you felt it deeply.

Faye will be remembered always, for her strength, her laughter, and the love she poured into her family and those lucky enough to know her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home, 200 Butternut Drive, Fredericksburg, VA, 22408, at 11:00 AM.
