Johnnie Rodell Fox , 65, of Spotsylvania, VA, was born July 28,1960, to the late Katie Fox Williams and Herbert Hoover Fox, Sr. He departed this life on June 16, 2026, after an extensive battle with cancer from 2013 to 2026.

Johnnie was a very kind, joyful and generous person. He loved helping his family. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed sitting back listening to music while drinking a cold Budweiser and a shot of his favorite liquor, E&J. Other hobbies of Johnnie included working on cars and lawnmowers. He worked various jobs throughout his life. His presence will be greatly missed.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Katie Williams and Herbert Hoover Fox, Sr.; two brothers, Herbert Fox, Jr. and William Fox; one sister, Barbara Fox; one uncle, Alfred Williams.

Johnnie leaves cherish his memories his son, Brandon Lucas; his brother, Leroy Fox (Tammy Laforce) of Spotsylvania, VA; five sisters, Margaret Fox, Tracy Fox, Rebecca Morris, and Alice Woolfolk all of Spotsylvania, VA, and Joyce Walls of Caroline County, VA; one uncle, Walter Williams of of Spotsylvania, VA; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The interment will be held privately.
