Jeffrey
Armstead
d. Jan 2, 2023
Jeffrey Karl Armstead peacefully passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023, at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Jeffrey was born July 29, 1962 in Prince William County, VA to the late, Walter Lee Armstead, and Carrie Bell Wormley Armstead.
Jeffrey was a unique individual. He always had an elaborate story to tell. If you knew him, you knew to ask questions. Plenty of questions! Life was always eventful for Jeffrey. One can truly say that he lived life on his own terms.
Jeffrey spent most of his earthly life bringing joy and laughter to others. He was very resourceful, witty, and handy. Jeffrey could build and fix anything but watch your tools. He was a tool collector. Jeffrey touched the lives of so many people during his time here with us and made it a point to always help anyone with whatever he could, never expecting anything in return except a conversation or a meal. Jeffrey leaves behind his kindness, generosity, love, humor, and the gift for gab as his legacy. He will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his younger brother, Barry Keith Armstead; nephew, Keon Hamm; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Svitzer-Armstead, Virginia Jenkins-Armstead, and Tracy Ellis-Armstead.
