James Henry Bowler, Jr. , 88, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 30, 2022.  He was affectionately known as "Bill".

Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gwendolyn; sons, Walter and Nelson Bowler; parents, James and Eunice Bowler.

Bill is survived by his son, Alonzo, Sr. of Richmond, VA.

A viewing will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM. The interment will follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
