Dora Minor , 70, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, peacefully departed this life on March 8, 2025. She was born on January 28, 1955, to the late, Christine Alsop Minor and Harvey Minor.

Dora had a passion for traveling. She was always seeking new adventures and experiences. Dora also enjoyed spending time at the casino, where she found excitement and camaraderie. Whether it was cards, board games, or a spontaneous challenge, Dora was always ready to play a game.

Dora lived life on her own terms, doing what she wanted, when she wanted. Above all, she cherished her family, finding joy and pride in the moments shared with her loved ones. Dora will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.

Dora is survived by her only son, William Minor, and his children; and a host of other relatives.

A viewing and visitation will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home, 200 Butternut Drive, Fredericksburg, VA, 22408, on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
