De'Shay Anyia Tillman , was born January 28, 1988 in Woodbridge, VA, to Melody Parker-Harper, and Neil Williams.  Sadly, De'Shay left us on August 3, 2023, at Mary Washington Hospital.

She attended Prince William County Schools where she made many friends. De'Shay leaves behind her only son, Shaequan Akers. Shay spent most of her time working or with family, and friends.

A viewing will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 18410 Chapel St., Triangle, VA 22172, on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 10:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. The interment will follow at Harden Hill Burial Site, in Dumfries, VA.
