On September 11, 2025, God called his son, Clinton Eugene "Puddin" Ferguson , home to eternal rest. He was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, to the late Eugene Ferguson and Christabel Williams.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Percell Ferguson, and his niece, Towonya "Rhonda" Jackson.

Puddin leaves behind to cherish his memories his devoted wife, Linda Ferguson; four daughters, LaSonya Ferguson Hamock (Arregus), Shenina Ferguson, Crystal E. Ferguson, and Crystal N. Ferguson; two sons, Clinton Ferguson and Dominic Ferguson; three sisters, Audrey Bowler, Phyllis Ferguson, and Michelle Lee (Robert); three brothers, Darnell Ferguson, Sean Ferguson, and Bryan Ferguson; one uncle, David Williams; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A viewing will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM followed by a Celebration of Life at on 11:00 AM. The interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA 22172.
