Chester Brown was born on April 27, 1946, to the late John and Alene Brown. Chester received his wings as he departed this life on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at his home surrounded by family.

Chester is survived by his wife, Paulette Brown of Spotsylvania, VA; three children, Shirl Brown (Larry), Tina Smith, and Tess Lewis (Kenyon); five stepchildren, Tony Montaque (Tiffany), Roger Montaque (Melissa), Constance Montaque, Ruebin Fletcher, and Ashley Fletcher (Rondell); grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

A memorial service will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home, 200 Butternut Drive, Fredericksburg, VA, 22408, on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
