Anthony Blaire Walker , affectionately, known as "Tony", 69, of Ashland, VA, formerly of Fredericksburg, VA, peacefully passed away at his residence after a very lengthy illness on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

Anthony was the second son of the late Reverend Morris Walker, Jr. and Eva Carter Walker. He was born on September 29, 1956. After graduating from James Monroe High School, he went on to attend Brown University. There, he was offered a full scholarship to their law school after he completed his initial degree, but he declined.

Anthony was a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Tony's career path led him to other states but he and his wife, Belinda moved back to Virginia from Georgia to care for his elderly father until his death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 22 years, Belinda Walker; daughter, Amanda Walker Stevens; brother, Morris Darnell Walker; mother, Eva Walker; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held at Piney Branch Baptist Church, 10727 Piney Branch Road, Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22553, on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. The interment will be held privately.
