Janet "Aunt Jan" Berkley, formerly of Baltimore MD. Born November 23, 1917 in Roanoke Rapids NC, retired this life on February 8, 2013 at Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, Fredericksburg, VA.

Survivors include 2 granddaughters, Brianna Berkley of Alexandria, VA and Shannon Jones of Baltimore, MD; a daughter-in-law, Tonya Pitts of York, PA; three nephews, John W. Parker, Thomas Parker (Brenda), and Robert Parker (Yvonne); great niece, Dianne Parker; great nephews, Tony Parker all of Fredericksburg, VA and Allegro "Biggo" Parker (Adel) of Atlanta, GA. & a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held 4pm to 8pm Monday, February 11, 2013 at A.L. Bennett & Son Funeral Home, 200 Butternut Dr. Fredericksburg, VA. A Homegoing Service will be held at 11am Tuesday, February 12th at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be Wednesday, February 13th at Maryland National Memorial Park, Laurel MD.
